Lakes at Las Vegas is one of multiple master planned communities located in Henderson, which is just southeast of Las Vegas. There are more than ten builders in this community, with well-known names such as Lennar and Taylor Morrison Homes leading the pack. Each builder has anywhere between three and nine floor plans to choose from, with a total of over 25 houses available.
